Question I believe your organization was helping to police statements companies make to push people to an e-statement. The National Grid monthly statement envelope reads.... Go Paperless Its easy, quick and helps the environment. www.nationalgridus.com/gopaperless. I may have you confused with another organization. But the concept is that you would contact the company and ask them to review their wording.

Question I have a suggestion for your site. I have been reading many of the sources you reference about making a choice between electronic and printed communications. I so often see signs on hand dryers, on signature areas of e-mails, or on notices of switching to electronic communciations, etc and would like to respond with a message asking the sender to consider some additional facts. I think it would be useful if you have some sample responses that one could use, perhaps a very brief one, and one with more detail. I have no expertise in the environmental field, or in writing copy and would appreciate having something I could use in these situations. Thank you for considering my suggestion.
